At Venderby's, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new fashion finds. If your items don't fit or meet your expectations, you have 14 days from receipt to return them for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized parcel shop.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
